How does payment work?

A written scope and price are agreed before any work starts. Half is paid on signing and half at handover. Tool costs are paid by you directly, with no markup.

What support is there after handover?

Two weeks of adjustments after handover are included: flag what’s off and it gets fixed. After that, monthly upkeep is available for updates when models change, new starters and fixes.

What if we stop after the first setup?

Everything stays in your own accounts, with a short guide to how it works.

What if Yutong is sick or away?

Your setup doesn’t depend on Fiberhand to keep running: it’s in your own accounts, with a short written guide.

Which AI does it use?

Business plans of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, chosen for your tasks and set up in your own accounts.
